The Continuing Opportunities for Purpose Education (COPE) program is designed to provide uninterrupted learning opportunities for expectant teens or teen parents who volunteer to attend one of the two centers in Miami-Dade County. These adolescents benefit from delivery of special health care, education, child care training and prenatal/post partum instruction, family planning, counseling and community resources, academic course work, vocational counseling/training, and the opportunity for promotion or graduation.
